About Us:
Bravo Site Works is a leading total site development contractor specializing in underground utilities, excavation, grading, and paving. We’re growing fast and looking for a Project Manager with strong leadership and field experience in site work construction to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Oversee all phases of site work construction projects from pre-construction to final closeout
•
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and subcontractors
•
Manage budgets, timelines, and job cost reporting
•
Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and quality control
•
Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met
•
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
Requirements:
•
Strong knowledge of grading, storm drainage, water/sewer, and road construction
•
Proficient with construction software (Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam or similar)
•
Excellent communication and leadership skills
•
Valid driver’s license
•
OSHA certification preferred
