Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager in the commercial dirt and utilities construction industry to oversee and drive the successful execution of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within scope.
Duties

Supervise project teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Implement project management methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
•
Manage the project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on organizational goals and resource availability.
•
Coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
•
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
•
Present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
•
Employ organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
•
Apply business process modeling techniques to enhance operational workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of various methodologies.

Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
•
Familiarity with project portfolio management tools and techniques.
•
Strong coordination skills with a focus on achieving project milestones.
