Welding Technician

Griffin Armament is an industry-leading manufacturing technology company in the firearms market segment and is seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our Watertown, Wisconsin team. The position is 1st shift and falls under the Assembly supervisor for workflow and management.

Griffin Armament is a clean, climate-controlled environment that specializes in metal manufacturing. We pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and accuracy. All team members work efficiently but the work atmosphere is fairly relaxed. Effective communication and respect for all are required.

This job provides a variety of different welding disciplines using automated user-friendly equipment & manual welding. The employee will be required to achieve company standards for safety, quality, and productivity. This position reports directly to the warehouse supervisor. This position is a full-time position with benefits. Compensation and workload are dependent on experience.
