Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Welder preferably Oxygen/Therm Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques along with Oxygen Lance with bars, fabrication, and construction site work. This role involves working with diverse materials and complex schematics to produce high-quality welded components in accordance with industry standards. Applicants should possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision welding and fabrication skills in a dynamic environment.
- Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
- Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances according to specifications
- Execute rigging, crane operation, pipe threading, and assembly tasks as needed for fabrication projects
- Maintain compliance with ASME codes & standards during welding and fabrication processes
- Assist in mechanical assembly, machining, soldering, and working with schematics for complex projects
- Follow safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing facilities to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Proven experience in construction site work and manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding, plasma cutting, and Oxygen/ Therm welding techniques
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment
- Knowledge of rigging operations including crane handling for heavy components
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of pipe threading, assembly processes, ductwork fabrication, and machining operations
- Familiarity with ASME codes & standards applicable to welding and fabrication projects
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments on construction sites or manufacturing floors
