Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Welder role located in Casper, WY. The welder will be responsible for executing a variety of welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, ensuring the strength and precision of assembled components. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling, repairing, and fabricating metal structures and equipment using specified materials and methods. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Experience with MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Arc Welding techniques

- Proficiency in general Welding tasks, including assembling, joining, and repairing metal components

- Familiarity with a variety of Materials typically used in industrial manufacturing and production

- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Skill in using hand tools, cutting equipment, and measuring instruments relevant to welding

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols

- Prior experience in industrial or energy-related manufacturing is a plus

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; certification in welding preferred but not required
