Job Shop Hiring: Experienced Fabricator/Welder/Laborer: Stick Welding, Mig Welder & Tig Welder

Family-Owned Swafford-Kientzy Machining & Fabrication shop is in need of a Full-time experienced Welder/Fabricator/Laborer with all types of metal knowledge (steel, stainless steel and aluminum) to become an integral part of our team! Preferable candidates will have Industrial Maintenance as well as vast welding experience to use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

We are a job-shop that specializes in custom metal fabrication. Some of the additional services we offer include but are not limited to welding, fabricating, drawing, cutting, industrial maintenance, along with a full machine shop.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience fabricating metal products, attention to detail, strong hand / eye coordination and the ability to work independently or as a team. The successful applicant will be responsible for MIG/TIG/STICK welding on steel, stainless, & aluminum, setting up and operating various fabrication machines, maintaining equipment, finishing products, assembly, packaging and reporting any issues with equipment directly to maintenance supervisors. Qualified applicants will have strong math & measurement, minimum 2-year TIG / MIG welding, experience with blueprints or drawings and a strong work ethic.

A good work ethic and outstanding attendance is a must. Pay is based on experience.
