We’re not looking for just another set of hands—we’re looking for someone who knows how a shop should run and isn’t afraid to take the lead to make it happen.
At Glover’s Welding, we build big, we build right, and we build with pride. But none of that happens without a sharp, capable foreman who can keep the floor moving, hold people accountable, and still jump on the table or torch when the job calls for it. This isn’t a back-office leadership role—it’s hands-on, day-in and day-out. You’ll be the one keeping the team focused, the jobs prepped, and the shop ahead of schedule instead of behind it.
The right person for this role already knows what questions to ask. You’re comfortable reading shop drawings and making judgment calls on cut order, inventory, or layout. You’re not waiting to be told what’s needed—you’re already thinking two steps ahead. You’ve probably run a CNC plasma table, fitted and tacked your share of structural work, and have enough experience to know that quality doesn’t come from luck—it comes from systems, planning, and follow-through. You take pride in your work, and you expect the same from those around you.
This is a great fit for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership role with autonomy. You’ll have the support you need, but we’re not looking to micromanage—we’re looking for someone who can take the reins, guide the crew, and own the results. You’ll work directly with our operations team, help prioritize workloads, keep material organized, and play a key part in how this shop performs every week.
We offer competitive pay, overtime opportunity, and a culture that respects the work and the worker. If you’re looking for a place where your voice matters, your skills are respected, and your leadership makes a difference—this might be it.
Sound like your kind of shop? Let’s talk.
