Welder/Fabricator

Creative Fabrications is currently seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators for immediate openings.

We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in fabricating stairs, railings, awnings, and other custom ornamental and architectural metalwork, although this requirement may be waived based on demonstrated performance. Experience in both commercial and residential projects is a plus.

As part of the hiring process, you will need to complete our standard fabrication test, which takes approximately one hour.

The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime available for those who are interested.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand project specifications. Utilizing hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components. Performing welding tasks using various methods, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Conducting thorough quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure accuracy and precision. Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve project deadlines and objectives.
