Duties

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Oversee inventory management processes.

- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.

- Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.

- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity.

- Manage team members.

- Oversee shipping & receiving operations, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and handling of materials.

- Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining warehouse machinery.

- Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, damage, or theft while optimizing storage space.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Warehouse operations or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership skills.

- Knowledge of inventory management.

- Hands-on experience with forklift operation; certification preferred.

- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and materials handling best practices.

- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues related to heavy lifting machinery or warehouse tools.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving documentation.

- Focus on organization and cleanliness.

- Effective communication skills for coordinating across departments and training team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
