US LLC Compliance & Sales Tax Specialist (Texas) – Import Business

Manit Minerals USA LLC is a natural stone import company expanding operations in the United States. We are looking for an experienced US compliance specialist who can help manage our Texas LLC regulatory requirements and assist with import-related compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Register Texas Sales Tax Permit

- Ensure Texas LLC compliance and filings

- Assist with Texas Franchise Tax and Public Information Report

- Guide us on import compliance for goods entering the USA

- Coordinate with customs brokers and accountants

- Provide compliance guidance for a foreign-owned US company

Requirements:

- Experience with Texas LLC compliance

- Knowledge of Texas sales tax registration

- Familiarity with US import/export compliance

- Experience working with foreign-owned US companies is a plus

This role will start as a consulting / part-time position and may become a long-term role.
