In this dual-role position, you will report directly to the General Manager. Your time will be split approximately 50% in the warehouse and 50% making local deliveries. You will manage roughly 12,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and an outside staging yard, ensuring our architectural steel products are handled with precision and care.

We operate a variety of vehicles and trailers. While a Class A CDL is preferred, it is not a dealbreaker. For the right candidate, after a period of employment, we will provide full tuition sponsorship and paid training to obtain your Class A CDL through an accredited truck driving school.
- Warehouse Operations: Loading/unloading materials from racks and vehicles, picking and staging orders, and verifying physical inventory counts.
- Driving: Safely operating medium-duty trucks and trailers for local deliveries and picking-up incoming stock orders.
- Site Management: Maintaining a safe, organized work area and adjusting stock layouts as inventory needs evolve.
- Forklift Operation: Safe and efficient operation of forklifts for material movement.
- Experience: Previous experience with forklifts and medium-duty trucks/trailers. Class A CDL is highly preferred.
- Compliance: Must be 21+ years of age with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).- Safety: Ability to pass a DOT drug test and criminal background screen.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Adaptability: A problem-solver who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and take direction well.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lifting & carryingup to 65lbs multiple times / day
- Bending, stooping, operating machinery or power tools, utilizing cutting tools, working outside, and being on your feet >50% of the day.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus!

- Standard Schedule: M–Th 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
- Candidates should be prepared and willing to work 45–50 hours per week during peak seasons
