Part-Time Telemarketing Representative (In-Office) Company: Rooftop Power Location: Warwick, RI Schedule:

- Tuesday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

- Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Role

Rooftop Power is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team as Part-Time Telemarketing Representatives. In this in-office role, you will connect with homeowners and introduce them to the benefits of solar energy by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven position ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people, working toward goals, and earning commission-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a minimum of 500 outbound calls per day using an automated dialer system

- Engage homeowners in conversation about solar energy solutions

- Schedule qualified appointments for in-home solar consultations

- Maintain accurate call notes and appointment records

- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Compensation

- Base Pay: $16/hour

- With Commission: $22–$28/hour (based on performance)

- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic

- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
