Solar Service Technician

Smart Wave Solar is fast growing and we need help! We install residential solar and are looking for employees who want to grow with us and are always willing to work hard.

Smart Wave Solar is looking for a Service tech to troubleshoot residential solar systems. No direct experience needed but preferred. Your tasks would include but are not limited to reviewing and re-establishing inverter monitoring, finding and fixing leaks, removing solar panels for roof work, finding arc and ground faults and various requests from customers scheduled through our customer service team . The perfect candidate needs a keen eye for detail, needs to be reliable, hard working and have general safety knowledge. You will need to be comfortable on a roof, know how to use hand tools, willing to work in all weather and regularly lift 60lbs. It's a physical job! Some solar and or electrical knowledge is preferred but not required.

This is a full time position Monday-Friday starting between 7-8am, based on schedule. We offer benefits, 401K match, Paid Time Off and many more benefits including company events.
