Title : Technology & AI Solutions Partner Basic Function

We are looking for a Technology & AI Solutions Partner to play a critical role at the intersection of business and technology. This role will lead the company’s technology infrastructure, governance, and security while partnering closely with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that enable growth and efficiency.

With a strong focus on problem solving, this individual will help identify and deploy AI-driven capabilities, ensuring they are implemented thoughtfully, securely, and in alignment with business priorities. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Infrastructure

- Own and evolve the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance

- Define and implement a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with business priorities

- Evaluate and introduce new tools and platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness


Governance, Security & Compliance

- Establish and maintain strong IT governance frameworks, policies, and controls

- Oversee cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and data protection practices

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards


AI Enablement & Deployment

- Partner with business leaders to identify and implement practical AI-driven solutions

- Lead evaluation, deployment, and governance of AI tools and platforms

- Ensure responsible and effective use of AI across functions


Business Partnering & Problem Solving

- Act as a thought partner to leadership and teams to solve complex business problems through technology

- Translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly technology solutions

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes


Project & Program Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, from scoping to execution

- Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Ensure on-time, high-quality implementation with clear stakeholder communication


Vendor & Service Provider Management

- Own end to end vendor governance for technology, security, and AI platforms, including contract negotiations, onboarding, service boundaries, and exit planning.

- Oversee AI and SaaS vendor governance, ensuring alignment with internal AI governance and compliance standards.

- Drive vendor and tool rationalization to reduce redundancy, operational complexity, and cost, partnering closely with internal teams.


Executive Level Reporting And Communication

- Own executive‑level reporting for technology, security, and AI initiatives, providing clear, concise, and decision‑oriented updates to senior leadership.

- Produce regular leadership and board‑ready summaries covering delivery status, operational health, key risks, financial implications, and security posture.

- Establish and maintain program‑level governance artifacts, including milestone tracking, dependency management, and decision registers.

- Support executive reviews during audits, security incidents, major technology investments, and AI governance discussions, ensuring clarity and control.


Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in technology, IT, or digital transformation roles

- Strong foundation in technology infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity

- Working knowledge of AI tools and applications, with the ability to translate them into business use cases

- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decisions

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills

- Experience managing external vendors / managed service providers

- Solid project and program management capabilities

- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean environment


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience implementing or scaling AI/ML tools in a business setting

- Background in high-growth or startup environments

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft, Azure)

- Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001)

- Experience managing global or distributed teams

- Certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, cloud certifications)

Location: Redwood City, CA

Base Pay - $140000-$190000

The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package. Final details will be discussed during the later stages of the hiring process.
