Job Title: Mid-Level to Senior AI Developer (Portal & AI Applications)

Overview

We’re looking for a Mid-Level to Senior AI Developer to help build, enhance, and scale our core platform.

This is a hands-on role focused on developing and maintaining an existing portal while layering in smart AI capabilities. You’ll work on real features that impact users, improve overall experience, and help deliver custom AI-driven solutions for clients.

You don’t need to be a deep AI expert—we’re more interested in someone who’s hungry, curious, and a strong problem solver who communicates well and executes.

What You’ll Do

- Develop, maintain, and improve our core portal

- Enhance features like data import/export, workflows, and usability

- Build and integrate AI-driven functionality (LLMs, automation, etc.)

- Improve outputs and deliverables (including PowerPoint/report generation)

- Collaborate on custom AI solutions for client projects

- Work closely with leadership to turn ideas into shipped features quickly

- Write clean, scalable, production-ready code

What We’re Looking For

- 3–8+ years of development experience (flexible based on capability)

- Exposure to AI/ML or generative AI (LLMs, agents, automation tools)

- Experience building or maintaining web applications or portals

- Comfortable with modern dev environments (VS Code, AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate with ambiguity

- Clear, confident communicator

- Self-starter with a bias toward action

Nice to Have

- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines

- Exposure to AI frameworks or building AI-powered features

- Experience improving reporting outputs or document generation

- Background working on client-facing or custom solutions
