As a part of the High Purity Quartz Maintenance Team the Technician Maintenance role will empower you to take preventive and curative actions as well as maintain, repair and expand the installations and make improvements to the installations in order to keep production running and optimize the operation of the installations. Repair mechanical breakdowns, construct and adapt the installations based on the plans of the technical draughtsman, managers or external parties.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Technician Maintenance, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Correctly interpret the processes, drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams, procedures, etc.

- Signal malfunctions and improvements and register findings in the relevant IT system Mendix

- Reparations

- Repair mechanical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic malfunctions.

What You Bring to the Table

- Prioritize safety improvement programs to eliminate injuries with safe plants, systems, and behaviors.

- A2 Mechanics or equivalent by experience

- Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics

- Knowledge of materials and techniques (lifting and hoisting techniques, welding techniques) with execution of operational activities.

- Knowledge of general technical regulations and safety rules

- Certificate to drive the forklift

- Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English.

Salary

Salary is to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
