The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Professional to be part of our Solar and Mini-Split Sales Team. Must not only be good at relationship building, but also be able to understand and sell Residential and Commercial Solar Installation. We often cross-sell with efficient Mini-split heat pumps. Technical training is available, but experience in either field is preferred.

What You’ll Do

- Educate homeowners and business owners on the benefits of solar energy

- Generate and follow up on qualified leads. Self-generated, and call-in

- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations

- Design and customize solar solutions based on client's needs - in consultation with our design team

- Guide clients through the sales process from start to finish

- Meet and routinely exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

- Sales experience preferred (solar, roofing, or home improvement a plus)

- Reliable transportation and smartphone
