We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for Calibration and Electrical Safety Lab Technicians and Onsite Technicians across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical positions in the industrial services industry, be proactive in sourcing and engaging candidates, and have a passion for building a skilled technical workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
•Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
•Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the technical roles, including job requirements, skills, and career progression.
•Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals to find qualified candidates, and conduct thorough screenings.
•Interviewing & Assessment: Lead structured interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
•Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
•Industry Knowledge & Compliance: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and ensure compliance with all employment laws.
•Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular recruiting metrics to leadership.
Qualifications:
•3-5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in industrial services, calibration, or testing industries.
•Strong understanding of technical positions, including Calibration and Electrical Safety Lab Technicians, and Onsite Technicians.
•Proven expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•Strong organizational and sourcing abilities, with experience using ATS.
•Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
•Knowledge of the industrial services industry, with a focus on testing, measurement, and calibration.
