AG&E is an international structural engineering firm headquartered in Dallas, TX, with offices across the U.S., India, and Brazil. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter to help us build the best team in the industry.
The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter with a hunter mentality—someone who thrives on sourcing, networking, and connecting with hard-to-find structural engineering candidates. This is a high-impact role, where your success directly fuels the growth of our project teams across multiple offices.
What You'll Do
•
Proactively source top-tier engineering and technical talent via LinkedIn, industry networks, and direct outreach
•
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, & coordinating interviews
•
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
•
Leverage our ATS (Paycor) and LinkedIn Recruiter for pipeline tracking and outreach
•
Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, candidate pipeline, and key wins
•
Represent AG&E’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions
•
Establish and grow partnerships with colleges and universities to support internships, co-ops, and graduate engineer hiring
•
Help shape and elevate our recruitment marketing and employer brand
What You Bring
•
3+ years of experience in technical or agency recruiting, ideally with A/E/C or engineering roles
•
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and a proven record of successfully engaging passive candidates
•
A hunter mindset—motivated, relentless, and proactive in uncovering talent
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•
Experience with ATS platforms (Paycor a plus)
