The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter with a hunter mentality—someone who thrives on sourcing, networking, and connecting with hard-to-find structural engineering candidates. This is a high-impact role, where your success directly fuels the growth of our project teams across multiple offices.
What You'll Do
•Proactively source top-tier engineering and technical talent via LinkedIn, industry networks, and direct outreach
•Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, & coordinating interviews
•Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
•Leverage our ATS (Paycor) and LinkedIn Recruiter for pipeline tracking and outreach
•Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, candidate pipeline, and key wins
•Represent AG&E’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions
•Establish and grow partnerships with colleges and universities to support internships, co-ops, and graduate engineer hiring
•Help shape and elevate our recruitment marketing and employer brand
What You Bring
•3+ years of experience in technical or agency recruiting, ideally with A/E/C or engineering roles
•Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and a proven record of successfully engaging passive candidates
•A hunter mindset—motivated, relentless, and proactive in uncovering talent
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Experience with ATS platforms (Paycor a plus)
