We are currently seeking a dynamic, professional Recruiter to support both organizations in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates across a range of roles.

Key Responsibilities
•Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
•Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
•Strategic Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for both Suncovia Solar and People’s Bank & Trust Co.
•Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality experience for all applicants through timely communication, professional interactions, and smooth transitions.
•Employer Branding: Help develop and promote the employer brand through content creation, recruitment campaigns, and community engagement.
•ATS & Compliance: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently and maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
•Reporting & Analytics: Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
•Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both high-growth and corporate environments.
•Industry Knowledge: Prior , or related industries is a strong plus.
•Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS software, job board platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a high degree of professionalism.
•Initiative: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple ongoing assignments.
