Compensation
•$45K Plus Commission ($70K+ expected Year 1)

Location
Objectives of this Role
•Work closely with Clients to find the best candidate for each requisition we receive
•Manage the front end of the recruiting process up until placing the candidate
•Be able to manage a variety of open roles helping to find our clients the best talent available and find our candidates great jobs that will help evolve their career
•Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
•Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
•Work and form relationships with Client Managers to know the ins and outs of their clients and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
•Connect and build relationships with excellent candidates
•Receive requisition and create a recruiting strategy based on the type of job we receive
•Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
•Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
•Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
•Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
