We're looking for a recruiter who thrives in startup environments, moves fast, and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats. You’ll be our first internal recruiting hire and play a key role in shaping how we find and attract talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and more.
What You’ll Do
•Own the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
•Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand needs and drive outcomes
•Build top-of-funnel pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
•Source candidates creatively through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted strategies
•Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate experience through the entire journey
•Support employer branding efforts, social posts, campaigns, outreach
What We’re Looking For
•2–5 years experience in recruiting roles (agency or in-house)
•Track record of closing hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets
•Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
•Startup experience is a plus, you’re used to operating without layers of process and stepping into gaps
•Strong communicator, naturally proactive, and resourceful
Bonus If You
•Have experience hiring for hardware, manufacturing, or engineering roles
•Can juggle recruiting priorities while supporting onboarding, culture, or people ops
•Enjoy building recruiting systems from the ground up
