SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as our Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, implementing strategies to enhance employee retention, and helping reinforce our Team Build culture. You will help us create Raving Fans of our candidates utilizing innovative recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the entire recruitment process.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
•Lead our recruitment efforts by developing and executing effective strategies to attract the best talent.
•Utilize a wide range of channels, including job boards, employee engagement initiatives, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract qualified candidates
•Take ownership of the beginning-to-end recruitment process. From scheduling interviews to conducting reference checks and extending job offers, you'll ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
•Analyze retention data to identify trends and areas of improvement, enabling you to implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention rates.
•Partner with local colleges and universities to increase college intern work programs and generate a fantastic pool of future Trident family members.
•Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, to ensure alignment on staffing priorities and timelines.
•Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
•Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and staffing.
•Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on recruitment, retention, and culture-related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree, similar experience considered
•5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
•Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices
•Proven ability to analyze retention data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies to improve employee retention
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring
