Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position requires a strong understanding of employment labor laws and best practices in recruiting.
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
•Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
•Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
•Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Taleo or Lever to streamline the recruitment process.
•Maintain compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
•Provide guidance on employee relations and succession planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Facilitate internal recruiting efforts to promote employee growth and retention.
•Utilize Gusto and internal tools for onboarding processes and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
•Generate leads for potential candidates through networking and industry connections.
Experience
•Proven experience in executive recruiting or internal recruiting is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of employment labor law and employee evaluation techniques.
•Familiarity with ATS systems such as Taleo or Lever is highly desirable.
•Experience in employee relations and succession planning is a plus.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
