Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position requires a strong understanding of employment labor laws and best practices in recruiting.

Responsibilities

•

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

•

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

•

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications against job requirements.

•

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Taleo or Lever to streamline the recruitment process.

•

Maintain compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.

•

Provide guidance on employee relations and succession planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

•

Facilitate internal recruiting efforts to promote employee growth and retention.

•

Utilize Gusto and internal tools for onboarding processes and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.

•

Generate leads for potential candidates through networking and industry connections.

Experience

•

Proven experience in executive recruiting or internal recruiting is preferred.

•

Strong knowledge of employment labor law and employee evaluation techniques.

•

Familiarity with ATS systems such as Taleo or Lever is highly desirable.

•

Experience in employee relations and succession planning is a plus.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.

•

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
