Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts during a large-scale HR transformation initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring teams across various departments to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and drive a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and committed to attracting diverse and top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding
•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, team dynamics, and recruitment strategies
•Utilize modern sourcing techniques and outreach methods to build a diverse talent pipeline
•Review and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and decision-making
•Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, benefits, onboarding, and other internal teams
•Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment policies and procedures
•Represent the organization at hiring events, job fairs, and conferences across multiple markets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment policies
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Skilled in problem-solving, research, and supporting hiring managers with data-driven insights
•Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
