Position Overview

We are hiring a Technical Administrator to support Engineering, Project Management, and Estimating functions.

This is not a traditional administrative role—it requires someone who can understand technical documentation, manage project data, and ensure accuracy across systems and deliverables.

This role is also designed as a development path into a Junior Project Manager position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and control project documentation (drawings, BOMs, vendor data)

- Support RFQ tracking and estimating workflows

- Organize and manage project files across systems

- Ensure documentation accuracy and accessibility throughout project lifecycle

- Assist Engineering and PM teams with coordination tasks

- Track and update internal systems (PLEX, Estimate Log, HubSpot, etc.)

- Support reporting and project tracking initiatives

Qualifications

- 2–6 years of experience in administrative, technical, or manufacturing support role

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to learn technical products and processes

- Experience with document control or engineering environments preferred

- Proficiency in Excel and business systems

- Exposure to fabrication, oil & gas, or industrial manufacturing is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
