Technical Sales Assistant

Location: 江苏省无锡市国家高新技术产业开发区

Business trip frequency 出差频率：20%

Acting as the main interface with customers, coordinating cross-functional resources to meet their expectations, provide technical solutions and pricing for surge arresters and insulators based on customer system specifications, while negotiating technical details for orders and releasing relevant documents, consult on customer inquiries, collect market intelligence on competitors, prices, and demands, and maintain relationships through visits.

- Work as interface with customer, coordinate related resource from cross functions to fulfill customer expectation

与客户沟通的接⼝，协调各部⻔的相关资源以满⾜客户的期望

- According to customer system specification, offer reasonable technical solution and price of surge arresters and insulators for customer

根据客户系统要求，为客户提供合适的避雷器和绝缘⼦技术⽅案和价格

- Technical negotiation for all surge arresters and insulators orders, release related technical documents for orders

避雷器和绝缘⼦订单的技术确认，并放⾏订单相关的技术资料

- Consultant of customer inquiries surge arresters and insulators

为客户解答关于避雷器和绝缘⼦⽅⾯的技术咨询

- Responsible for to collect marketing information of surge arresters, such as market price, customer demand, competitor analysis etc.

负责收集避雷器和绝缘⼦相关的市场信息，如市场价格，客户需求，竞争对⼿分析等

- Visit customers and maintain good relationship with customers

拜访客户，保持良好客户关系

- Observe strictly with Siemens Energy compliance policy

严格遵守⻄⻔⼦能源合规政策

- University degree, bachelor or above; majored in electrical/mechanical engineering related;

⼤学本科及以上学历，电⽓或机械相关专业

- 1-3 yrs. working experience on electrical design in power transmission, merit in multi-national company; welcome 2025 fresh graduates

1-3 年以上输电⾏业⼯作经验，有外资企业⼯作经验者优先；可接受 2025 年应届⽣

- Good at English skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-4 or above

良好的英⽂听说读写能⼒，CET-4 级及以上

- Strong customer care sense, good communication skills, respect of cultural differences

较强的客户服务意识，良好的沟通技巧，尊重⽂化差异

- Open personality, able to work with high pressure, willing to take challenge, earnest and responsible for work
