Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks on-site, assisting with physical labor, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment, contributing to the completion of projects efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Perform general manual labor including loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment

- Assist with site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed

- Operate basic tools and equipment following safety guidelines

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks on time

- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain awareness of potential hazards at all times

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail

- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately

- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus but not required

- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
