Labourer

Located in Bassano, Alberta, we are a metal manufacturing plant that is looking to hire motivated Labourer's to join our team. Other positions are open to the right candidate.

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

What We’re Looking For:

- The ability to organize and prioritize tasks while working as part of a team.

- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail around heavy-duty machinery.

- A willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to different areas of the shop as needed.

- A reliable work ethic and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Requirements:

- Must be available for full-time work, Monday to Friday. Fall/Winter hours are 8AM to 4:30PM.

- Must be dependable and punctual.

- Steel-toed boots and appropriate PPE workwear are required.
