Swamper/Labourer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to various projects through physical labor and hands-on support. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations across multiple job sites and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a home every day job. You will get picked up from home in early morning and dropped off at home at end of day. Must be able to lift 50+lbs up and down stairs Multiple times a day.

Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving equipment as directed

- Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies

- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as rigging equipment on wells

- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, and carrying heavy equipment.

- Maintain safety protocols by using protective gear and following safety procedures at all times

- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail

- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively

- Prior experience in oil field or general labor is a plus but not necessary—training will be provided

- Reliable 12 on, 2 days off shift

- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
