Job Description

FLINT is seeking Labourers with sparkwatch and construction experience in oil and gas industry for a temporary role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting March 17, 2026, until April 13, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 17 Days in / 7 Days out schedule (subject to change), 12-hour workdays, camp arrangement, flights provided, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil and gas industry

- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

- OSSA Regional Orientatio or BSO

- CSTS-2020

- H2S Alive

- Gas Testing

- Confined Space - Monitor

- Fire Watch/Spark Watch

- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

- Must have own reliable transportation to site.

- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
