Supervises administrative staff including monitoring and assigning daily workload. Responsible for working with Management to ensure compliance deadlines are met, and customer contacts made when needed for notification of work to be performed or scheduled. Writes and conducts performance reviews, assists in hiring and provides training for new and existing administrative staff. Responsible to provide assistance to District Offices to ensure consistency and operational compliance with policies and procedures. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others.
- Must possess a working knowledge of business concepts, accounting practices, and office procedures at a level normally acquired through completion of a two-year degree in a business-related discipline; and
- Four years of progressive experience in a utility or customer service environment.
- Responsible for the activities of administrative staff including assigning and delegating duties, hiring, training, discipline, promotion, and salary administration.
- Works with Management to identify key responsibilities and executes daily department tasks to accomplish performance standards and strategic goals.
- Maintains a high level of understanding and expertise on numerous applications, processes, and procedures.
- Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues and complaints using the various computer programs available. Resolves escalated customer complaints and inquiries.
- Assists the Region Director and District Managers in the administration and execution of monthly reports.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Working knowledge of applicable Customer Service, Credit and Support applications, SharePoint and other software.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
- Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
- Requires travel: Minimal (up to 10%).
