Staff Accountant - Onsite

We’re Growing – Join Our Accounting Team! We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. If you have 2–3 years of accounting experience and a passion for accuracy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This is 100% in office position with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities

We feel this person will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the Controller and accounting team to support monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting.

- Help maintain organized and accurate financial records and support continuous improvement of accounting processes.

- Collaborate across departments and with senior finance leadership to deepen your knowledge of the business.

- Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

- 2–3 years of accounting experience (private, public, or industry).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with month-end close processes and/or tax compliance

- Familiarity with industry-specific accounting standards and regulations

- CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus, but not a must.
