Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including door-to-door outreach and community events, to promote our energy solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness within target markets.

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.

- Conduct technical sales presentations explaining product features, benefits, and installation processes to diverse audiences.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships.

- Collaborate with team members across departments to develop tailored energy solutions that meet client needs.

- Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to sales activities.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or field-based selling environments.

- Strong background in marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand visibility.

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.

- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships.

- Knowledge of solar energy systems, energy sales processes, or technical product explanations is highly desirable.

- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a persuasive communication style.

- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment.

Pay: $66,501.94 - $80,088.36 per year
