What You’ll Do:

- Close High-Quality Leads – We provide pre-set daily appointments so you can focus on selling instead of prospecting.

- Educate Homeowners – Walk customers through the benefits of solar and our energy solutions to help them make informed decisions.

- Present Custom Solutions – Offer tailored solar and financing options that fit each customer’s energy needs.

- Build Relationships – Establish trust with clients by delivering transparency, professionalism, and ongoing communication.

- Manage Your Pipeline – Use our CRM tools to track leads, sales progress, and follow-ups.

- Stay on Top of Industry Trends – Keep up with evolving solar financing options and best sales practices.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven success in solar sales or a high-ticket closing role.

- Driven & Goal-Oriented – A self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and exceeding expectations.

- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to educate, persuade, and close deals with confidence.

- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools to track leads and sales.

- Reliable Transportation – You’ll need to travel to client appointments as needed.
