Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Rep, you are the face of Solar Flex. You will guide homeowners through switching to solar energy, from the initial conversation to the final agreement.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Drive sales volume by utilizing our in-house opt-in leads while also generating your own pipeline through strategic cold calling.

- Consultative Selling: Help schedule in-home site visits and collect the customer’s electricity bill to build a compelling Solar Proposal.

- Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to help organize and manage Solar Appointments, and streamline the customer acquisition process.

- Continuous Improvement: Participate in weekly team calls and monthly training sessions to stay sharp on industry trends, financing options, and sales techniques.

Qualifications

- Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in In-Home Sales, Direct Sales, or high-volume Outbound Telemarketing is preferred.

- Communication: You must be articulate, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.

- Tech & Data Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM and auto-dialing software.

- The "Hustle" Factor: You must be self-disciplined, energetic, and resilient. This role requires the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.

- Requirements: Must be 18+ years old. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
