Commercial Solar Sales Representative (Salary + Commission)

With a reputation for quality and a commitment to sustainability, we are rapidly expanding into the commercial solar market. As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Commercial Solar Sales Rep to join our team in bringing clean, renewable energy to businesses and institutions across the region.
- Identify and pursue new commercial solar opportunities across the region.
- Conduct onsite meetings, energy usage reviews, and preliminary site assessments.
- Work closely with engineering to develop accurate proposals and financial analyses.
- Present commercial solar solutions to executives, business owners, property managers, and financial stakeholders.
- Manage the sales process from initial conversation through contract execution.
- Maintain CRM updates, weekly pipeline reporting, and KPI expectations.
- Represent Infinity Energy at industry events, networking groups, and business associations.- 2+ years of commercial solar or commercial energy sales experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of C&I solar, PPAs, financing models, incentives, and depreciation benefits.
- Ability to communicate value propositions and ROI clearly to business decision-makers.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills.
- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.- Base Salary + Commission (OTE can scale significantly with performance).
