Solar Sales Rep (Door to Door): Weekly Pay Advance | Training Provided --Northern IL

WE ARE HIRING 3-5 REPS IMMEDIATELY

Our Solar team is expanding across Northern Illinois and looking for motivated people who want to earn based on performancenot hourly pay.

This is a door-to-door appointment setting role. You'll be setting solar consultations for homeowners.

COMPENSATION

-100% commission (redline model): sale commission is split 50/50 between setter and closer

-$500+/week cash advance available while ramping

-First year reps typically earn $60k-85k

-Top setters earn $120k+

DAILY STRUCTURE

-Team training beginning at 10 am

-Knock with script provided in assigned neighborhoods in afternoon and early evening

-Team-based competitive environment with leaderboard

-Clear training/promotion path to closing own deals

REQUIREMENTS

-Full-Time availability

-Comfortable talking to strangers

-Competitive mindset

-Willing to work evenings

-Reliable vehicle preferred
