Solar Sales Manager – Join Our Growing Team!

Position Type: Full-Time Industry: Residential Solar

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role is ideal for a driven leader who is passionate about renewable energy, excels at building relationships, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, train, motivate, and support a team of solar sales consultants

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue goals

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional client experience

- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams

- Stay current on solar incentives, trends, and competitive offerings

- Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers

- Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer’s system is turned on

- Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs, building productive long-lasting relationships

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in sales leadership — solar or home services preferred

- Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Ability to inspire and lead by example

- Minimum of 1 year Solar management experience

- Self-motivated with a positive, growth-minded attitude

- Valid driver’s license and must be insurable
