Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Solar & Electrical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy and electrical construction projects. - Lead the full lifecycle of solar and electrical projects from initial planning through commissioning, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to establish project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools; monitor progress and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders; prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure all electrical system designs meet local codes and regulations; review schematics and technical drawings thoroughly.
- Manage project documentation meticulously to support audits, closeouts, and future maintenance activities.
- Proven experience managing solar energy or electrical construction projects with a strong understanding of system design and electrical Design principles.
- Hands-on construction site experience in electrical or renewable energy projects; familiarity with construction management practices is essential.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately; experience with system design is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities; capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients; detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
