Duties

- Install solar panel arrays, racking, and mounting hardware according to project specifications and safety standards

- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, secure, and connect solar components

- Conduct site assessments and prepare the work area prior to installation

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other installation equipment

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.

- Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship in all tasks undertaken
