Duties:

- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to specifications

- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble and secure solar panel mounting systems

- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and grounding

- Install electrical equipment such as inverters, meters, and monitoring systems

- Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure proper functioning

- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights

Skills:

- Experience with power tools and hand tools for construction or installation work

- Knowledge of fixture installation and electrical wiring principles

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation instructions

- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during installations

- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise workmanship

- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Note: Prior experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with relevant skills and a willingness to learn.
