ATX Solar is hiring Energy Advisors to work in the field setting qualified solar appointments for homeowners interested in solar energy.

You’ll be working directly for a reputable, local installer. http://www.goatxsolar.com

What You’ll Do

- Work in assigned neighborhoods generating solar appointments

- Qualify homeowners before appointments are scheduled

- Confirm decision makers and appointment details

- Coordinate with the sales team after appointments are set

- Work weekdays and occasional Saturdays as needed to meet performance goals

What You Won’t Do

- Close or price systems

- Sit behind a desk all day

Compensation Overview

This is a W-2 position with:

- Guaranteed hourly base pay

- Guaranteed 90 and 180 day pay increases

What We’re Looking For

- Self-motivated, competitive individuals

- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

- Reliable, coachable, and disciplined

- Prior door-to-door, solar, or field sales experience is a plus, not required

- Prior hospitality experience plays well in this role! (Bartending, waiting/waitressessing)
