Shipping/Receiving

Steel Shipping and Receiving position requires heavy-duty material handling, inventory tracking, and safety compliance due to the weight and nature of the materials

The role involves the loading and unloading flat deck trailers. Unloading incoming shipments (flat decks, containers), verifying materials against packing slips and purchase orders, inspecting for damage, and assigning tag/heat numbers.

Must have experience operate overhead cranes. Operating heavy equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts) to move, sort, and store steel in racking systems, bins, or designated yard areas.

Organize outgoing fabricated steel prior to loading.
