Shipping/Packaging

Full-time entry level Shipping / Packaging position available to create packaging for shipping at Ameri-Source Specialty Products, which is conveniently located in Bethel Park’s Industrial Park.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build shipping crates for multiple company media types

- Package parts for shipping

- Deliver materials between company facilities via pickup truck or flatbed

- Maintain documentation related to and perform quality control and inspections of packaged parts

- Assist machinists/operators and maintenance techs when necessary

- Perform housekeeping duties when required and maintain a safe working environment

- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Basic to intermediate carpentry skills

- 1 year of basic shipping or warehouse experience

- Forklift certified or ability to be certified

- Basic reading skills with the ability to follow instructions

- Clean driving record

- Ability to obtain DOT License Certification to operate a small flatbed

- Basic computer navigation and utilization skills

- Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly & independently

- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks

7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday work schedule.

Competitive compensation based upon training & experience.

Benefits available after 30 days and 401K with match after 180 days.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
