Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility to meet operational demands. On-site attendance required.
Work Location: This position is based out of the Haynesville Basin. Reliable transportation is required.
Work Environment: Traditional office environment. Work is performed in a temperature-controlled setting with occasional coordination with shop and field personnel.
The Service Writer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Maintenance and Fleet departments in a well-organized and timely manner. This role ensures efficient coordination of work orders, personnel logistics, and documentation, while supporting overall operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Create and maintain work orders ensuring all required parts and labor are allocated correctly
Review incoming work order requests and assist in coordination of services
Coordinate travel arrangements and lodging for Fleet Service personnel as needed
Perform administrative and data entry functions within work order systems for Fleet and Maintenance operations
Maintain departmental work schedules and support operational planning
Assist with tracking equipment certifications and maintaining associated records
Track internal and external certifications for Fleet personnel
Confirm receivables and process associated documentation
Support revisions of Fleet Services practices and policies to improve efficiency
Adhere to and enforce the company Quality Management System
Assist in Fleet process development initiatives
Other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
2+ years in an administrative or support role requiredExperience with Salesforce or work order systems preferred

Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems
