Overview: A Service Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth operations within the service department. This role involves assisting customers, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Service Assistant will also serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
•Customer Interaction: Professionally assist customers over the phone by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
•Administrative Support: Manage paperwork, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
•Service Coordination: Facilitate communication between customers and service technicians, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
•Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher management when necessary.
Qualifications:
•Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
•Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.
•Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
