Job Summary
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized administrative Assistant who will be at the heart of operations, ensuring a smooth-running office.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of an office-leasing business. Works independently, provides administrative support, prepares yearly escalation charges, orders supplies, works with vendors, and organizes company events. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and other relevant software, excellent communication and strong organizational skills. Continuous focus on customer service with a positive attitude.
Duties
•Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, and vendor relations.
•Provide administrative assistance and prepare yearly escalation charges
•Plan and coordinate employee and community outreach events.
•Experience as an office manager or in a comparable administrative leadership role, with a track record of success in maintaining efficient operations.
•Ability to manage multiple, diverse responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
