Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and friendly Administrative Assistant for an entry-level role supporting our front office and internal operations. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in administration and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic office environment.
· Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk: answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
· Plan, order, pick up, and dispose of meals for weekly lunch meetings.
· Maintaining office and kitchen supplies daily; ordering as needed.
· Assist in preparing reports for the controller and management.
· Complete special projects and tasks assigned by management.
· Friendly and professional demeanor for client-facing interactions.
· Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Eagerness to learn new software and systems.
· Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
