SALES/SUPPORT COORDINATOR

As an Intake Coordinator, you support the sales team, customers and the entire sales process. On a typical day you would: Talk with current or prospective customers through phone, email, website, or walk-in. You would also work with our outside Sales Team on proposals, contracts, presentations, reports, and data collection and provide a high level of internal support to the Energy Consultants and future customers. You are often the first point of contact and the face of the company and set the tone for the entire customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Act as the main internal point of contact for Sales-related inquiries and intakes.
•Contact, intake, and schedule appointments with prospective customers/leads with Energy Consultants.
•Manage and monitor lead generation systems, quickly and proactively responding to new leads.
•Update and maintain CRM with current customer info, project status, docs, and communications. Regularly check in with Energy Consultants to to make sure they are updated and complete.
•Help prepare and coordinate system designs, proposals, presentation folders, and final contracts for in-person and virtual site visits via print, email, and DocuSign.
•Track and manage customer and team communications through email and phone systems, CRM, website chats, etc.
•Provide a pleasant and supportive buying experience for customers while assertively and creatively pursuing and supporting every opportunity.
•Assist with other areas of the business as needed (marketing, events, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications
•Strong customer service or sales background.
•Outgoing, positive, & detailed oriented.
•Experience working in, excelling, and thriving in fast paced office environments.
•Computer literacy including but not limited to: 45 WPM, CRM Systems/ lead tracking systems experience, versatility in Google platform: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Earth, and various other computer based platforms.
•Excellent in verbal communication, phone skills, listening, technical and data entry skills, with a customer oriented focus, attention to detail, professionalism, & ability to multitask.
•Ability to work hard, eager to learn, be coachable, and goal oriented.
•Maturity to work independently and as part of a team.
•Associates degree or higher. (Will accept experience as replacement)
•Experience in sales, customer service, and construction or solar industry is a plus.
•Passion for helping others, renewable energy and solar.

•Competitive salary plus bonuses, dependent on experience. Weekly pay and bi-weekly bonus pay.
